Fabric shoulder board for employees of Ukrainian Railways. It is designed in a strict rectangular shape with a blue background and a dark blue border. The shoulder board is made according to the approved standard and corresponds to the positions of senior management, such as manager, assistant director, and department head.

Embroidered on the shoulder board with silver thread are:

• Symbols of Ukrainian Railways - crossed tools (hammer and French wrench)
• Three distinguishing marks
• Two narrow patches

The shoulder board is made of high-quality, dense fabric. It is resistant to creasing and tearing, and it maintains its shape without bending or twisting. The item is securely attached to clothing using a hook-and-loop fastener placed on the entire back surface of the item.
